\nAn Eddy Current Probe System consists of a Probe with 1 meter of cable terminated with a
\nminiature coaxial cable connector which mates with either the Driver or Extension Cable. This
\nallows the probe to be easily screwed into its retaining bracket even when long cables are
\nrequired. The probe\/extension cable\/driver are all calibrated together and bear the same serial
\nnumber and must be used together to maintain specification.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
\nGENERAL<\/p>\n
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these conditions of sale shall be
\ndeemed to be incorporated as conditions of any contract or sale
\nentered into by Monitran Ltd (\u201cThe Company\u201d). The Customer\u2019s
\nterms and conditions shall only be incorporated into the contract if:<\/p>\n
1. They are consistent with the Company\u2019s Conditions of
\nSale.
\n2. They have been accepted by the Company in writing.<\/p>\n
PRICES<\/p>\n
All prices quoted are subject to alteration at any time without notice
\nin accordance with usual practice and whilst every endeavour has
\nbeen made to ensure the accuracy of prices quoted, no
\nresponsibility is accepted for any error or omissions.<\/p>\n
Prices charged will always be those ruling at the date of despatch.
\nOrders for scheduled delivery will be charged at the rate applicable
\nto the quantity called off and not to overall quantity unless other
\nterms have been agreed in writing.<\/p>\n
VAT<\/p>\n
Prices are exclusive of VAT. All prices are to the current rate of
\nVAT ruling at date of despatch.<\/p>\n
DOCUMENTATION<\/p>\n

Customers wishing to open ledger accounts are asked to furnish

QUOTATIONS<\/p>\n
Quoted prices hold good for 60 days from the date of the quotation,
\nunless stated otherwise.
\nDELIVERY<\/p>\n
We will use our best endeavours to meet delivery estimates but
\ncannot accept any liability whatsoever for failure to do so. Failure
\nto meet a delivery date shall not prejudice any contracts as regards
\nother deliveries.<\/p>\n
SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT<\/p>\n
Both the carriers and the Company must be notified within three
\ndays of receipt of goods, or in cases of non-delivery immediately
\nthe invoice is received, otherwise liability will not be accepted.<\/p>\n
ORDER CANCELLATION<\/p>\n
1. Orders can only be cancelled after prior negotiation and
\nagreement.
\n2. On no account can cancellation be accepted for specific
\n(bespoke) items ordered by the customer.<\/p>\n
ORDER AMENDMENT<\/p>\n
1. Orders can only be amended or suspended after prior
\nnegotiation and agreement.
\n2. In any event 30 days minimum notice is required.<\/p>\n
RETURNS<\/p>\n
1. Returns for credit will not be accepted.<\/p>\n
2. A charge of 20% in invoice value will be levied on goods
\n\u201cnot wanted\u201d, \u201cincorrectly ordered\u201d, or due to duplication
\nresulting from a \u201cconfirmation\u201d order not being endorsed

3. All goods returned under this category must be received
