An Eddy Current Probe System consists of a Probe with 1 meter of cable terminated with a
miniature coaxial cable connector which mates with either the Driver or Extension Cable. This
allows the probe to be easily screwed into its retaining bracket even when long cables are
required. The probe/extension cable/driver are all calibrated together and bear the same serial
number and must be used together to maintain specification.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
GENERAL

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these conditions of sale shall be
deemed to be incorporated as conditions of any contract or sale
entered into by Monitran Ltd (“The Company”). The Customer’s
terms and conditions shall only be incorporated into the contract if:

1. They are consistent with the Company’s Conditions of
Sale.
2. They have been accepted by the Company in writing.

PRICES

All prices quoted are subject to alteration at any time without notice
in accordance with usual practice and whilst every endeavour has
been made to ensure the accuracy of prices quoted, no
responsibility is accepted for any error or omissions.

Prices charged will always be those ruling at the date of despatch.
Orders for scheduled delivery will be charged at the rate applicable
to the quantity called off and not to overall quantity unless other
terms have been agreed in writing.

VAT

Prices are exclusive of VAT. All prices are to the current rate of
VAT ruling at date of despatch.

DOCUMENTATION

Shanghai hangou invoices are rendered; a charge will be made for additional
copies.

DELIVERY CHARGES

A nominal charge will be made against all orders to cover carriage
and packing.

SETTLEMENT CHARGES

Strictly Net monthly account, interest at 2.5% per month is
chargeable on overdue accounts.

RETENTION OF TITLE

Ownership will pass to the purchaser only upon receipt by the seller
of the full invoice price of goods.

NEW ACCOUNTS

Customers wishing to open ledger accounts are asked to furnish
one bank and two trade references.

QUOTATIONS

Quoted prices hold good for 60 days from the date of the quotation,
unless stated otherwise.
DELIVERY

We will use our best endeavours to meet delivery estimates but
cannot accept any liability whatsoever for failure to do so. Failure
to meet a delivery date shall not prejudice any contracts as regards
other deliveries.

SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Both the carriers and the Company must be notified within three
days of receipt of goods, or in cases of non-delivery immediately
the invoice is received, otherwise liability will not be accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATION

1. Orders can only be cancelled after prior negotiation and
agreement.
2. On no account can cancellation be accepted for specific
(bespoke) items ordered by the customer.

ORDER AMENDMENT

1. Orders can only be amended or suspended after prior
negotiation and agreement.
2. In any event 30 days minimum notice is required.

RETURNS

1. Returns for credit will not be accepted.

2. A charge of 20% in invoice value will be levied on goods
“not wanted”, “incorrectly ordered”, or due to duplication
resulting from a “confirmation” order not being endorsed
